These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rest Day mobile application ("Rest Day," "the App"). By downloading or using Rest Day, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Rest Day is a personal workout-tracking tool. You may use it to build workout routines, log training sessions, and review your exercise history and personal records. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your Data

All data you enter into Rest Day — routines, exercises, workout sessions, and personal records — is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you want to preserve this data; we have no copy of it and cannot recover it for you.

3. No Medical or Fitness Advice

Rest Day is a tracking tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program, and use your own judgment about what is safe for your body. Rest Day and its developer are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The Rest Day app, its design, and its code are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Rest Day is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data loss will not occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Rest Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update Rest Day and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

8. Termination

You may stop using Rest Day at any time by uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data. We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.
